Thanks Gals, its lovely to have your support. @Biscotti71 yeah its still a pretty big whirlwind of emotions, with pangs of OMG WHAT IF THERES REALLY NOTHING IN THERE to omg we made a mixture of our DNA and its growing. It's really full on. But its nice to have exhaled today, at least for the day, my teeth are almost ground to dust from the last few weeks of anxiety, i won't lie - its been pretty bad and I've felt almost compulsive some days...

Many more hurdles to go but for tonight at least I'm just feeling really really really grateful.

Well I terrified myself this morning POAS on a digital expecting to see it say 3+ weeks since conception even though it isn't 3+ weeks since conception for another couple of days and of course it only said 2-3. Turns out HCG above 1200 slows down it's doubling rate. That was a helpful morning of epic panic. 😞 I must stop POAS, must stop POAS....

Humm I've not received a phonecall from my FS after the negative result Friday.. Is that usual? She's called me in the past with failed cycles. Maybe she's headed off on leave already, @Jem70 do you know? Argh MIVF.

@Kelly70 when I got cancelled after the bad pgd result she didn't call. I get the impression that once the cycle is over you don't get any follow up it's up to you. I was pretty upset the first time when I didn't hear from her but I kind of expect it now.

That's pretty lame. My FS includes a follow up consult either phone or in person after each cycle whether good or bad outcome.

@ScubaGal it is pretty lame. I think some clinics and FSs are more about business these days. It's strange because with such low odds you'd think they'd value the over 40s as repeat customers.

i sometimes wonder if they try to put us off because we lower their success statistics.

Venting a bit tonight, sorry, feeling cross for Kelly - been there.

Oh and I'm with Helsbaby - you've got to stop POAS!

Honest opinions please ladies...I discussed putting 2 embryos back in my next cycle, he is happy to it does make me nervous but I figure I'm only going to have one shot at it.
@scubagal good luck for BT tomorrow
@littlesparrow74 - sorry not sure of your history but is there any reason you wouldn't freeze?i know I've got low odds of one, let alone two being viable but I must admit the idea of twins is terrifying! Not that I mean to sound ungrateful but I don't know how I'd cope!
