OMG congratulations scuba !! That's fantastic another one in our group to get a BFP ! Now we need to get Kelly and Jem knocked up and I'm predicting more good news over the coming months for the rest of the ladies. Just take it easy now and relax, eat well.

Thanks gals, still a long way to go but I'm feeling pretty happy today (and super emotional), lots of tears and shaking my head with disbelief!

Thanks Hels - have to say I'm feeling a bit despondent today. I keep reminding myself that the chances of a first time transfer working at this age are tiny. I'm just a bit worried about my low response to the drugs.

Starting to wonder if it's worth all of this for just one follie every time. I also know that Lynn B is not one to let you go to EPU with a response like mine, so unless she can come up with a way to get more eggs out of me, I feel like I might be a bit doomed really.

Don't give up hope you had a good response this cycle even if not was just one egg - I think there are lots of women who only end up with one to put in.

Yes Kelly don't give up yet, at our age we are unlikely to get dozens of eggs like the younger girls and the FS's know that. We can only go with what we can get. When is your appt ?

Hels I know - but I feel like I'm only ever destined to get one egg, which makes it so much harder. Did you ever get anything to freeze?

apt is wed 17th. Can't come soon enough!

Although it is more expensive that way. But who knows - Dr Lynne has a pretty awesome reputation so she should have some tricks up her sleeve

Haha no slap required but there are so many perils involved with just one egg - the fact that mine even fertilized and then didn't arrest and went on to become a reasonable embryo was unbelievably lucky. It's sooo expensive and heartbreaking going to EPU and then the egg doesn't even fertilize.
