Thanks @Jem70 - gutted but surprisingly less shattered than I thought. Think I'm a bit conditioned now, a bit more 'what will be' than with the first cycles. Happy to have a break from all the drugs and crap and get back to living. Might even go on a date! I'll see what Lynn says about the future - I'll be guided by her definitely.

And no pressure @Jem70, but now all my hopes are pinned on you. X

Omg Kelly am so sorry to hear this news, a month of stimming too bloody hell. I was really hoping that this was the cycle given your numbers. Take some time out, speak to Lynn and see what the next steps ae. I know how you feel about being ok with it, I was like that about my last cycle too and was fine either way. Don't give up yet, have some fun over the silly season and come back fresh next year for one more crack.

Thanks Hels. To be honest I feel a bit sus that none of the three fert, that they were all compromised. Makes me wonder why I was allowed to continue if the long stim time was going to affect quality. If that was indeed a factor. Of course I also accept the age factor. Hoping for some answers, I'll be calling the office tomorrow.

Oh @Kelly70, I'm so sorry love. It's good to hear you are taking the news fairly well, I guess it may hit you more later on but I do think we start to learn how to roll with the punches as time goes on.
Getting back to living for a bit sounds good, especially the date part
I hope your chat with Lynne gives you a clearer idea of what's going on, and what path you might take next.

I'm doing well thanks, I always seem to have a fair bit of serenity going on until the last 2 or 3 days before AF arrives, so should start losing it tomorrowish... I wrote this big post about needing to relinquish some control on another thread, so I'm trying to keep reminding myself of that. Hope is good, but what will be will be.

    Take care of yourself x

Kelly I am another one of your anonymous stalkers and I have read your story from the beginning. I don't know what it is about your story thst has resonated with me so much, especially as I had twins at 32 with a loving partner but everything about your story has struck such a cord with me. I think its about the fact that you woke up and decided uou wanted something so bad and that even though you were in your own and everyday opinion was against you, you just went for it anyway. And I think that is what is just so amazing about you that you have such courage. You really are an inspiration and I just fail to believe that someone who throws every positive amount of energy at something despite all odds isn't going to get the right outcome. Fingers and toes crossed for you x

@Kelly70 I know where your head is. Last time when I had three and they all failed PGD I was really over it. Not upset, just sick of the hard work for no return.

I don't think I even want to POAS because a lot of my positivity is gone - we know the odds and what will be will be. The one thing I found interesting from my FS was she said that the ones that take a long time to pop up are generally poor quality - that naturally our body would never select them and the stimming forced them out.

i don't know - I'm very lucky that my eggs seem to still be really good - they fertilise well so far and progress well. But my chromosome quality is ****e - 4 for 4 failure, so I've just got to keep hoping there's one with a bit of extra energy in there.
Take some time lovely - out you first and never say never - xo

@Jem70 test date is 20th, our clinic only have us do a bt if we have a +ve poas, they give us a v sensitive test though.
I'm doing an unmedicated fet so no progesterone issues, but even on my fresh transfer AF started on time, just more slowly. It seems to vary between women which adds to the stress.
I feel the same as you, quite fatalistic about it all. I think it's partly self-preservation. I was curious about your comment about chromosome quality, did you end up doing pgd on this batch? Or was that from past experience?

The 2ww is REALLY hard. Hang in there, the odds may be against us but we just don't know what will happen. I don't have any real symptoms either way this transfer, which makes it easier - less neurotic analysis! But I think symptoms often mislead anyway. Look after yourself x

Hope you're doing ok this morning @Kelly70 x
