    Chips and gravy or apple juice. I used to get apple juice when I had an asthma attack as a kid. It makes me feel safe for some reason.

    I usually have Tom Yum or Vegemite on toast when sick.

    Sometimes all I can stomach is hot chips though Depends on what I have been sick with.

    If I'm not well "egg in a cup" - my granny used to give me it. It's a boiled egg, in a tea cup mashed up with butter!
