That looks great Nat! That's the kind of thing I'd like to set up. I'm starting small though and planted a few herbs over the school holidays. I have rosemary, mint, coriander, basil, thyme, sage and some aloe vera.

Having them on the wall stops the dogs from eating them!

Amyd I'm sorry to read that your rainfall hasn't been sufficient this year. The stress of farming is very different to we hobby farmers. Do you have stock also?

We don't own any stock but fil has his sheep at our place at the moment. We've lost a ewe and a ram over the past few days, luckily a workmate offered to bottle rear the lamb for me.

I'm so jealous of all you motivated people. I really need to get in and do some work on mine.

Amyd, I must admit I'm not that motivated. I went away for a holiday at a friends place and cane back to my garden beds finished. DH finished it while I was away. I just get the fun part of planting! So I won't take any credit for the effort until I've done the gardening in there

1st for plum pudding, decorated cupcakes and tinted eggs. 2nd for decorated cake, sultana cake and 2 photos. My chooks still haven't recovered from the fox so I didn't enter them this year and DH forgot to bring his grain home to enter. I did better than I thought and I'm now trying to motivate myself to back another pudding for regional finals in November.

    Wowee! That's terrific.

I nominate you as the grand pumba domestic goddess of this group.

Our local show is this weekend. I'm thinking of entering "mulberries - 1 punnet". Our tree is peaking now so hopefully there is still some good ones there on Thursday. Any tips on how competition mulberries should be presented? I'll have to buy a punnet if strawberries to get the punnet container!
