I picked it up last night from my consultant

We had to check that it was all in working condition and that was it. Love it!

It went awesome! No issues with it at all and easy to use. Even dh thinks he may have a go!
By the time id finished the vege stock and looked through the book I was too tired to do anything else!

I didn't bother with the veggie stock. Is it worth doing? Like does it make a huge difference taste wise in other recipes?

We made the potato pancakes last night. Delicious!!!

I love my veggie stock. Made it when I got my machine in June and I still have one container left - I freeze mine

I always make my own veggie and chicken stock. I persnonally prefer home made stock as it's so cheap and I can control how watery the meal is a bit better.

I think generally the consultant does it with you because it checks that the different functions of the machine work before they hand over custody

Is there something a thermomix owner could potentially like as a Christmas present? Accessories, ingredients, cookbooks?

Thank you - I'll have to find out on the sly what they've got already! Maybe I'll try and get the name of their distributor and go through her. They did tell me...but I forgot.
