@Bongley 2 more sleeps until poas day haha
I was hoping to start this cycle but I reckon she'll tell me to wait until next cycle so that's end of May!!!! She wants me to do edtrogen primming protocol to help with quality but I don't no about that because my old fs always said no estrogen for me because I already produce enough and have PCO so I hope she doesn't screw up yet another bloody cycle, have you done estrogen primming?? @Molros I'm only one one tablet i think 150mg daily I've read on the net women taking 600mg daily but I guess she knows what she's doing (I hope)

Got BFN's over the weekend and then my period. I don't think I can face another cycle. So I am pursuing the donor egg angle now. The embryo looked so promising but I really wasn't surprised it didn't work. Just horribly disappointed.

@Bongley o Hun I'm so so sorry it didn't work, it's such a kick in the guts, egg donation sounds as though it's a good idea, you've thrown everything at it so far and you've given it your all and that's all you can do. Emotionally it's exhausting so trying another avenue will hopefully re charge ur energy. Xxx
Do you have anyone that is willing to be an egg donor for you?

Well, I did actually have a friend who offered. However I just can't get my head around the fact that her kids will be my kid's half siblings and that she would be the genetic mother. I really feel like I'm looking a gift horse in the mouth but it just feels too close Also she is 38.
So I have advertised on a website and I hope to find someone in australia as I would really like to find a 'known' donor, it may take a few months. Otherwise we try the OS route if we haven't exhausted ourselves by then........

@Bongley I completely get that!! It's just something to get your head around, but your friend sounds like an amazing person offering such a precious thing to you.
I hope you find someone on the website, I was looking into egg donation and surrogacy because I always look at worst case scenario and far far info the future and Australia really needs to make things abit easier for the ladies who need it I just couldn't believe all the laws that go with it over here.
How does your dp feel about perhaps using ur friends eggs?

@Nezz79 @Bellydance congrats that is fantastic news

I've been reading along a bit as recognise quite a few names...
@Bongley I'm sorry you didn't get your BFP - glad to hear DH has agreed to DE, I've started to do a little research on it as we have not had much luck and I think we are on cycle 10... FS hasn't mentioned it but I'm just preparing myself..
@missalina my heart goes out to you you are a very strong women. I'm glad to hear you got the prednisolone for NK cells (I finally had a biopsy as part of hysyeroscopy so will find out how accurate my blood test was on diagnosing nk cells) take care of yourself x

I'm just waiting for AF to show - she's always late when you want her to turn up!

@miissalina he feels the same way I do, that we need a bit of space between us and the donor. I feel terribly guilty about it. I don't know how I would feel if I was to offer my eggs to my mate and then she went to all the trouble of advertising for a stranger! I'll have to sit her down and chat to her if I do manage to get pregnant via a donor.

hi @Rarah11 are you waiting to do an FET?

@Bongley that's a tricky one but I completely understand where you are coming from. A known donor at least you wouldn't be seeing them all the time @miissalina how are you going lovely? @Rarah11 hello! How are you?
