@miissalina I am Rh -ve. I was given anti D for my m/c at 8 wks and also for my one at 5.5 weeks which I guess was technically a chemical but I hate that term as I think it downplays the significance of what you go through, I found both losses equally hard. I did ask my Ob about it once as I was worried I may have had a chemical without realising it one time when Af was late and that could be affecting my chances of getting pregnant. I can't remember exactly what she said but I think it was basically that it is not really needed for a very early loss and I shouldn't worry but they often give it as a precaution just to be absolutely safe.

    Good luck @babygirl7 xx
@miissalina I think you have to have it wihtin 48hrs so it is probably too late to worry about it now but I doubt it would be an issue. I think at the early stages it is really just being uber cautious and highly unlikely to matter which is why some Drs don't even give it at all. I can't remember the exact explanation for this but I remember at the time feeling satisfied that it really wouldn't have been an issue. Ask your Dr if you're worried.

everyone, I'm still lurking and following everyone, will come back and do personals soon but dd had a general anaesthetic today for her teeth so a bit crazy. I'm doing ok 36 weeks today but getting terrible spd pain so will need a ref to a physio. Just hope it gets no worse as sometimes walking is agony.
