    Default Synarel Trigger

    Hi guys

I am wondering if anyone can share information relating to using Synarel as a trigger.

My E levels are very high as to is my P4

egg collection on monday - hence trigger tonight. I was scheduled to be having 10,000 pregnyl.

Now my doctor has phoned to say that Synarel instead - I am very concerned of its effectiveness being used as a trigger. In regards to egg collection.

Can anyone shed any light on this matter

    Greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

I used it for the same reason as you.

Be very thankful that your doc is being proactive and looking after you, because my first fs did not read the warning signs and I ended up with ohss very bad.

This current cycle, my new fs triggered me with a combination of synarel and pregnyl , which prevented the ohss.

I'm currently 36 weeks so it wasn't all bad

    Good luck xo

I was triggered once with Synarel due to the risk of ohss. It wasn't a successful cycle but it was the best best decision made by the doctor. Good luck x

I was a little paranoid of the eggs not being released for pick up (as I have had 3 failed egg collections due to a very rare intolerance to ovridel)

Now my mind is at ease. Definitely do not want OHSS -

Thanks guys for such a quick response. Very much appreciated.

Girls this is an old thread and I doubt you will read this in time but in case anyone reads this, when using Synarel as a trigger did you take it at a certain time and then again 12 hrs passed that?? I'm confused!!
