I find my blood thins very quickly even fish oil thins it have this arguement in my head is irritating me
Hi lovely! Clexane also helps with implantation so that may help your decision?

Thanks for the well wishes everyone, pleased to report that HCG was really good today, all on track still and bleeding seems to have subsided, for now at least. Chatting with Dr M yesterday made me feel a lot better and I feel I am in good hands with him. He has the loveliest, gentlest manner and he has helped me get farther than I have been able to in the past 8 years. Keep going ladies, I am proof that this can happen.
    Great to hear!!

Hi ladies, New to this thread and Need help please. Thanks to the info & Advice from the lovely Bertie I went and saw Dr M last month and got my Blood Results Last Week. Everything was normal bar 2 items (CD8 T Suppressor was low, Ts CD4/CD8 Ratio was high) so he feels i have a Imbalance in the Immune system. Also suspects I have Lutal Phase defect which i have been telling FS for years.

So he prescribed Predisone 20mg, Clexane and 3x Progesterone 200mg Pessaries. I'm doing my first ever FET now. I will be using Donor Embryo's and its next Tuesday. My FS doesn't believe in Immune issues or NKcells so i have not told that I'm seeing Dr M. They just want me to do a 5000u Pregnyl Trigger tonight and 3 Follow Up injections. Yesterday When i asked them about doing Crinone Gel as well the FN said i didn't need it. Then she rang me back today and said FS wants me to do Crinone gel starting Sunday night. But Ive got the Progesterone pessaries from Dr M - So now I'm nervous about stuffing everything up.

Please help - should i just do the Progesterone Pessaries and forget about the gel? Will the FS be able to tell at transfer that Ive used pessaries instead of the gel??? Are the pessaries better than the gel?
    Thanks Ladies

Boysie... I've used both Crinone Gel and Pessaries before, and when I compared the active ingredients they were basically the same. You could easily buy one batch of Crinone and use that - Dr M would be fine, as the ingredient is the same. As to, whether your FS will be able to tell the difference, it's possible, but the "junk" looks the same to me. However, I'm sure you would have to stop them at least the day before the FET to allow the "junk" to clear out, as it would be quite messy for the FS to do the transfer. Dr M only prescribes the pessaries for me from FET, not before.

    Default Reassurance Required

Hi Ladies ... I had a phone consult with my FS today (prior to nursing interview next Friday) and an appointment with Dr M ... wow now I feel CONFUSED ...

FS wants to do Intralipids - which I thought was a good thing - he is open to this stuff ... but Dr M says results show high Thyroid Antibodies - no surprises I have Hashimotos, and high NK to T cell ratios so he thinks (but wants to confirm with biopsy) that I will need IVIG ...

I have had a biopsy before at RPA but remember reading some of you ladies suggesting that you repeat it with Dr M as his method is different and the results are often different too?

Its hard to work with two specialists who don't talk to each other but also won't comment on what they think of each others advice ... do I just do the Intralipids as an extra?

Scared and confused now ... the next try is becoming more real!

    Thanks

@boysie I've taken crinone before transfer, they just scrape it away before inserting the catheter. I always did mine at 6am so it was pretty much done its job by the time transfer happened at my clinic at lunchtime.

If the clinic is up,hung them it won't hurt to use them as when you get your bfp you'll be on them for a while so they won't go to waste.
