Precious.... none of the chemists said the Dex (0.5mg) had been recalled, just that their suppliers are out-of-stock. They all have the Dex (4mg) size, so I'm just thinking that us immune girls have been using it all up!!

AFM...I had my FET this morning - the last of my sister's DEs - an expanded blast, which the FS seemed very happy about.... but then he's been happy with all her embryos. My preg BT is on Wed 19/11, but I have plenty of school reports to write in that meantime so that will keep me busy.

On a side note, my acupuncturist mentioned about my "lumps" that have developed where I've been doing all my injections in my stomach. I got one lump on my right side during the injections on my last cycle, but this time I've got one on each side - the left one is about 1x2cm long, the one on the right side is about 1x1cm. Should I be concerned? I really think it's just something the injections are doing.

@McG Bertie pleased to hear your transfer went well and that you have lots to do to keep busy now. I hope this is the one.

I have the same 'lumps' under my skin I think you are talking about from the injections. I think it's just bruising? Mine tend to be when I've tried to do the clexane a bit too high up my stomach I think. I worry about them a bit too but hopefully they're just surface bruising and they do settle down after a week or so.

I still struggle with the clexane, I seem to have one day good, one day bad with it where I can't get the needle in or I have 3 or 4 attempts and a load of bruising. Today I had tears in my eyes doing it and shouted 'I hate you!!' because I couldn't get it right, some of those needles are just so blunt.

@MGCBertie sending you lots of luck in ur TWW I hope this is ur month 😊
Just thought I'd jump in on the clexane discussion I also have been struggling with the clexane inj and asked dr m at my intralipid infusion if I transferred the clexane from its syringe into another one and use a hypo dermic needle would that be ok he said it's fine and as long as both the other needle and syringe are sterile won't do any diff to the clexane so I have gotten 1ml syringes and a box of fine hypo dermic needles and I'll start on them tomoro after my FET will let you girls know if it actually makes a difference I can't deal with the blunt clexane needles they get me all worked up after a few days became I run out of room and the pain just gets annoying so I will let you's no how I go 😊

    Hi girls
I know it's expensive but I luv emla cream for clexane. I don't use it for my other injections but won't do clexane without it-I can't even feel the sting of the liquid going in if I leave it on for an hr before. I think that with soooo many needles over time we become more sensitive! Good luck x

Hi everyone! finally have some time to write Welcome Janetb3, your intro post was so wonderfully written and of course you belong here, there are a few of us trying for number two with immune issues, we just don't mention it much, I hope you have great success soon. Thanks so much for the meditation link, I will definitely look at it soon.

Well my scratch at Genea went really well as by the next day my uterus was in the right position! Weirdly, thanks to Ladybug, I stopped eating dairy about 2/3 weeks ago and my last period was pain free, I kept forgetting I had it, then after the scratch there was zero pain... I'm thinking it's the dairy? or the IVIG I had a month ago? anyway, I'll be staying off the dairy, obviously not for me as much as I love it.

With clexane that's a great idea miissalina! I've often wondered about doing that! let us know how you go... I hate those needles, I find that for the first 4-5 shots I'm fine and then the bruising starts and the huge lumps... MGC Bertie I only just lost the lumps under my skin from my September cycle!!! My acupuncturist thinks a misogynist invented them as they used so much for pregnant women, they are shocking!!

So my FS at Genea in Sydney s on leave so I finally met the Dr who acts for him, Dr Marren... and wow, get this ladies, he is doing a PhD in NK cells and the population who have had biopsies and had kids easily or with repeat miscarriage. I had a great 10min chat to him about it all which was refreshing as my FS just shuts it down all the time... Dr Marren has 2 young kids too and I always think that is a plus being an FS... Dr Russell is his mentor and he helps count the NK cells every Friday - if we were doing another cycle I would definitely think of switching to him and work with Dr M. I blurted out all the stuff I'm doing with Dr M to him (except for neupogen for some reason?!!) - it was so good to tell him, I dare not tell my actual FS as I know he will just disapprove and I don't need that.

MGC Bertie, yay you finally got to transfer I really really hope this is it for you, you are trying so hard and doing everything possible!!!! Good luck with your TWW!

Something I read last week when looking up increasing progesterone before transfer was that, as we know, progesterone relaxes muscle. But did you know that the uterus contracts quite a few times per minute and some people have an over active uterus and these contractions are not good once an embie is in there... very interesting. I keep asking docs and nurses and I get the answer that the timing of when you START progesterone is crucial to the lining and implantation but how much you take is not going to ruin the lining... so I am thinking of upping my progesterone before transfer for this last cycle of ours.

Nidhulaine, how are you, you must be due in a week or so yes???? really hoping all is well and bub will be with you all soon, you have had such a long and arduous journey for your number 2 bubba, you are an inspiration!

Hope everyone else is really well, and LAdybug how was your scan, have you had it yet???

also, does anyone else get breakthrough bleeding after about 3 weeks on the pill? I want to get AF on Wed/Thurs to time it for the IVIG but this morning I just got a lot of blood despite taking the pill same time each night for 21 days... am waiting for nurse to call back with advice... just REALLY need the timing for IVIG to be right this time, I can't mess this one up!!! I just looked up steroids and breakthrough bleeding and seems they could be a cause, I started my dex early to build it up, am on 1mg a day, that might be doing it?!

    love to everyone!

Hi everyone and @francesthecat ...I am doing fine but no signs or anything AT ALL!! Only massive bruises from clexane. For some reasons it starts to hurt after 20 days of usinf it. Gosh I don't know, I'm just not feeling it or I'm just going mad! My blood test is next Wed, just a day after my bday too, great! Lol I'm trying to stop myself from using HPT, should I just do it or wait?? I'm only on day 8 @francesthecat When are you seeing Dr. nick? @ladybug how are you going along? And @PreciousHeart, I'm also on 1 mg of dex a day. Amazing news about your new fs! Study on Nk cells, Wht can't all fs learn about this to stop us on wasting money for nothing! I wasted 4 cycles on fs that doesn't believed in it! Urghh. Chemist here said Dex will come out around Mid Nov, supplier has some distribution issues or something!

@MGC Bertie i get the lumps from clexane if i use the same spot too often. Which of course is easy to do because we have to do it everyday but thats why the instructions tell you to alter sides.

Not saying this will be an answer but its worth thinking about. I moved onto my legs... urgh to give my belly a break.
