@PreciousHeart: i took pregnyl as booster. day 3, 6 and 9 after 5 dt. So on the day that i supposed to do the last shot, it was actually 14dpo. I usually did it in the evening so I would have thought 14dpo BT would give me better result as it was 3 days after my last pregnyl shot. They let me waited until 16dpo to do the BT. But then, it was just 2 days after the last shot. I was so tempted to skip the last shot but didn't. I should have just go with my gut feeling! The level was 30+. It is such a low level that i know it won't be a viable pregnancy. The next BT shown it dropped )no surprise here). So it is inconclusive whether i'd another chemical.
@ladybug14: As you can read above, it is the end of us for ever have DH bio child. We are at the crossroad of deciding if we will proceed with the donor or being childless.

So sorry to hear that @bbhope. That's a very tough crossroad to reach. Hope you and DH are looking after each other. Good luck with your decisions.

So sorry BBhope, that's very hard for you... I've never had a booster that close to blood test but it's a fairly high level I think... Can the clinic not help you with that, surely they must know? I highly recommend Egg Donation Australia to find your donor if you decide to do that - join up and start chatting to everyone, it's an amazing community. All the best, take care & big hugs xx

That is bizzare what they would get you to do the shots so close to bt... They have me doing one 2 days before transfer, one day after and then 3 days after that..... If you did it 2 days before your bloods i would imagine it would be very much still in your system however I'm not a dr I wouldn't think it would he they high!!!

@hopefully: rest up. PM u. Did u do PGD this time around?
@PreciousHeart: FS said that it implantation had started. But when I reminded FS that I did a shot 2 days ago, then FS changed it to inconclusive. So I have no closure on this one. thanks for the suggestion. At this stage, we don't need eggs. We need sperms. But it is not an easy decision......

    hi all,

I have a silly question, prior to seeing DrM, forms have to be filled up. I tried to look for his site online, and can't find them. I phoned up his receptionist, and she is going to post them but, curious if the forms are quite long or not.

    Thanks.

@hope168, I think there were about 6 pages to fill out. Didn't take me too long. It was all the test results that added to the bulk that I sent in!

    Hi everyone,
Just wondered if anyone here in Australia was able to get tested for : TNF alpha levels, TH1:Th2 ratio, KIR genotype, Leukocyte Antibody Detection (LAD) and the NK cell killing capacity test (this is different to just the numbers of these cells, it measures how aggressive they are I think). Also has anyone been able to have LIT? It seems these things are only accessible overseas? It's pretty difficult to know where we are at before pregnancy and if levels are increasing etc if get pregnant and might need to tweak meds, which is what all the overseas doctors seem to do! It feels like Australia is behind the times a bit here and its a one size fits all type protocol...

    Hope everyone going well.
@bbhope, I'm a bit confused as to where you're at. Hope you're ok and making some progress with deciding what's next. @kiwi76, how are your scans going? Hope bub has been doing some growing with all the good Nz food!

Those taking Dex, are you spacing it out? I've just been doing 2 in am. Go to 3 after ET, do you think it makes any diff in one hit v spaced out?

Good luck to everyone. This thread is due a friggin good run of good news!
Hi ladybug. Did you manage to divide the neupogen into syringes? I finally sorted mine out! Another chemist are splitting the vials up into the syringes for me. With the prefilled ones I ended up with they have also agreed to put them into syringes for me. So I will end up with about 100 prefilled correctly dosed neupogen syringes. Thank god I found someone willing to help! All I have to do is pay for the syringes. Saves me trying to get the minuscule amount everyday!

    How is your lining now?

I had my first intralipid yesterday so we are finally cycling again.
