Sorry for the ME post but OMG my body just never plays the game, although maybe this will be our magic, who knows??? I went in for bloods again and apparently I ovulated all on my own last night, so now FET is Monday instead of Wednesday but really should have originally been Friday!!!

ARG! now I'm dropping $2K on IVIG 2 days before transfer instead of 6 days and neupogen is starting 3 days too late too...waiting for G to call back and let me know Dr M's take on it all, I guess he will say go ahead.

In other news I used progesterone 400mg pessaries that were 10 months old (always in fridge) for the last cycle as I thought they lasted a year, wrong! that's the 100mg ones made by Macquarie St Pharmacy, not the compounded ones... so that would perhaps explain why my P4 was so low last cycle (18 at blood test) as even though I was using 1200mg obviously they were duds... so who knows - is that what I got a BFN and now I'm doing the hard drugs and might not need to and wasted a beautiful embie?

Man this does my head in... I burst into tears on the phone to the nurse at Genea when she said gleefully my transfer would be Monday!!! poor thing, she doesn't know about the IVIG, neupogen etc Maybe being converted to a natural cycle is just what I need... that's the only way I can think positively about it all - what do you all think???

Scruffy how did you go today? Hopefullyanotherbaby how are you??? Ladybug, scan soon??? Bertie, yes will try to imagine Fiji whilst hooked up to IVIG. How is everyone else going? Legwarmer are you out there? XXX

Oh my, you poor thing preciousheart. We are definitely riding an emotional rollercoaster-feels like good news, then bad news and keeps going in that cycle for a few weeks. I know last night I felt like I was ready to jump of a bridge then today I'm as happy as larry-my poor husband.
What are your thought re going ahead with IVIG close to transfer?

Oh Precious how jolly frustrating for you! Argh! Why can't things go smoothly-it's not like we don't have enough to deal with already. I'm really not sure about everything being so close to transfer. I know Dr M has said ivig a couple of days before is fine but then Dr Sher says at least 10-14 days before. I think the hard thing is that really there isn't any ideal that is backed by concrete evidence. And the thing is, as I'm sure we all know, things can go perfectly and have a bad outcome and often when things are a disaster it turns out well! Hopefully G gets back go you with a recommendation. I know it's hard but try to ride the bumps and not worry too much. Things will work out somehow. Good luck!

7 week scan is tomorrow. Had final bloods done yesterday and hcg is 96k something. Vomit bags are now an essential handbag item!!

@PreciousHeart My head is about to explode for you!! Completely frustrating. I did intralipids a few weeks ago and 2 days later my cycle was cancelled due to a cyst.. Hopefully your timing will all be ok!

Thanks for the heads up about the compounding pharmacy prog tabs... how long dothey last in the fridge?

Have you heard from G yet?

@operationbabyg Welcome!! I also have CD56 higher than 500 phf. I have done one Dr M cycle, which resulted in a chemical. Hoping to cycle again in a few weeks! Are you also on prednisone and clexane?

    Hi Fiona,
I was worried that our numbers seemed reeeally high? I can't really find much information on this.
What was your first protocol when you experienced a chemical? I am on 20mg of pred but don't start clexane until either collection or transfer? Was thinking about starting it early but scared my fs will see my bruises!

Hey ladies, thanks for all your messages! still no word from G... like you say ladybug when it's all perfect it generally doesn't work so maybe I should just go with chaos and see what happens... I've read heaps about IVIG and they all say 7-10 days, some 14 now... G said it's effective immediately but I dunno.

Hey Fiona2 nice to hear from you - OMG didn't realise you'd just had intralipids when you found out about that freaking cyst!!! That happened to me 2 months ago but I was so lucky that I was booked for day 11 intralipid so could cancel... rule is now not to do anything before the day 10 scan that costs too much. Compounding pharmacist said compounded progesterone max 6 months in the fridge, can't they put that on the damn bottle?!!

Ladybug, wow insane HCG levels, barf bag city! I was sick with my son til 26 weeks, it was a shocker, just wait til you can't brush your teeth anymore So excited for you and can't wait to hear what your scan shows tomorrow, double trouble I'm sure

Wow, I'm so on edge, gonna start the neupogen tonight... what will be will be, I've tried so hard to control and know things and I get beaten all the time so I may as well just let go, come what may.

Nidhulaine hope all is well? Kiwi hope you're having a great time with your lovely baby. Frances, bbhope and Galea hope you are well and dear SoClose hope things are getting better, let us know how you are
