Welcome operationbabyg! I'm going in to Hurstville this Sat too for my first IVIG... maybe we can meet and have a chat, I'll post what room I'm in when there!

Saw Dr M yesterday evening and I'm sorry to hear Scruffy you didn't hear back from G... she certainly was there!!! weird, must be cause she hadn't been told anything by Dr M I guess... So we're moving swiftly into our 3rd donor egg FET, had my day 10 scan and bloods yesterday and I've of course broken through the estrogen meds again and have an 18mm follicle! endo is 8.5mm and E2 is 1600!! luckily it's not cancelled I hope, going in for estrogen levels again this morning and will likely have to trigger with pregnyl tonight, then FET 2 days earlier than planned on Wednesday.

    Dr M said"

    - definitely IVIG (15) for me (I weigh 65/67kg at the moment) and if BFP depending on HCG numbers then either IVIG again or intralipids
    - also will do the neupogen starting tonight, 1 week before FET (but not on day of IVIG)
    - starting doxy 5 days before FET but this time 2 a day for 7 days instead of 1 a day for 14 days - no idea why
    - as doing neupogen he says I can take dex down a bit, so 1mg prior to FET (rather than 1.5mg) and then 1.5mg after FET (rather than 2mg) - VERY happy about that, hate the dex
    - progesterone back to 400mg after FET and then 800mg at BFP

Anyway just wanted to share protocol, here's hoping it bloody works this time!!!

Also ladybug he said the neupogen is safe so long as it's done properly and managed and results watched properly and it's a very low dose

Hope you all have a great day... I have a day of bloods for IVF and FBC re neugpogen and picking up drugs from different pharmacies, fun!

SCruffy, enjoy your transfer and being PUPO again!!!

    Hi Ladies,

I'm so pleased to see this sub forum area is still going strong! It gives me great satisfaction knowing the word is spreading about high nk cells and Dr M and the all the treatment to combat immune issues.

Don't give up ladies! I am a Neupogen and IVIg (amongst other meds) success
    story.

We welcomed Riley Jake to the world. Born 5 weeks ago on 25/8/14. So happy to have finally completed our family.

Wishing every single one of you success! xx

Congratulations @helenmac!!!! That's amazing news. I remember seeing your name a lot on earlier threads and did always wonder what your outcome was. Fantastic to hear your were successful and have your little boy.
@PreciousHeart, sounds like a very comprehensive plan. Fingers and toes crossed it does the trick.

PreciousHeart... I read your post with great interest. I'll think of you this Saturday while you're having IVIG and I'm having dinner in a posh restaurant in Fiji overlooking beautiful blue waters :-)) Lol, nevermind, I'll be back having my IVIG in just a few weeks time - a month behind your this time. Good luck xx

Helenamac.... thanks for dropping in. I always love to hear success stories, as it keeps me going :-)
