    Port Mac to Noosa is definately doable in 3-4 weeks in a campervan.

    Generally, I try to never travel twice on the same road so with this in mind- I'd be going up inland, and down on the coast (seeing as it'll be hotter coming down than it will be going up).

    A rough itinery could be;

    Home to Port Mac
    Port Mac to Armidale
    Armidale to Toowoomba
    Toowoomba to Noosa
    Noosa to Gold Coast
    Gold Coast to Yamba
    Yamba to South West Rocks
    South West Rocks to Home

    That really is a rough itinery though, there really are so many beautiful places to see in Australia/QLD/NSW... that it'd be impossible in just one trip. It's a never ending list really but that's half the beauty.

    Coffs Harbour is lovely, either stay slightly north like sapphire beach (fantastic small caravan park with excellent facilities but the beach is too rough for swimming for me, lovely to walk on) or slightly south at sawtell. I could spend weeks on holiday in that area!
