My kids all love it TamTam and that doesn't happen often at all. I think the only other thing they all enjoy is curried sausages on mash!
LoCo, the sauce is so good I double the recipe to make it extra saucy.
I do mine thai style - then literally chuck everything in the food processor!
white fish fillets (cod or ling ), coarsely chopped ( about 1/2 kilo)
1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves and stems
1/4 cup cornflour
1 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
1 egg, lightly whisked
3 green shallots chopped and
about 50g green beans, finely chopped, then mould into little cakes and shallow fry in olive oil
You end up with about 10 cakes and if you want to bulk them up just add some breadcrumbs
