    I don't eat fish, but DH cooks salmon for his work lunches.

    He put sweet chili sauce on the fillet plus some fresh lime slices and makes them into parcels in alfoil. He cooks in the oven for 10-12mins. Comes out tender and flaky.

    No! It should smell well like fish, salty and not pungent , if you buy salmon frozen or in a packet make sure you wash it very well as I think the smell comes from the salmon juice mixing with the plastic - I only buy mine from our fish monger and once a month dad goes to the fish markets and buys beautiful seafood for us

    I don't add bacon to my Caesar ( only as I don't eat meat!) but do cos lettuce, red onion, parmesan cheese, croutons and I do make my own dressing ( chuck in food processor : white wine vinegar, garlic, mustard, 3 anchovies, Worcestershire sauce and 1 egg yolk until they are well combined and the egg is pale and fluffy - then add olive oil in a thin ****** until it starts to thicken)

    I then grill the salmon with garlic and lemon juice and cut it into cubes and toss into the salad

    Asian salmon coconut rice, there is a taste recipe or add Thermomix if you have one.
    Also love a salmon Niçoise salad or a salmon red curry.

    We eat salmon at least once a week and it's a kids favourite no matter how we serve it.

    Yes I guess after washing it's a tad better hope it is just because it's in plastic and not old fish they swear it's frozen nice and fresh.

    Anyway love that caesar recipe will do it tom didn't end up cooking it tonight.
