    Thanks! I had to skip today's workout, I had a headache so bad that moving made me feel nauseated. I was legitimately concerned that I would pass out. I'm hoping I'm feeling better tomorrow so I can work out and also because I want to go to the Hanson concert!

    I stopped doing my workouts when I got sick and haven't gotten back into it this week. Luckily I've been really focused on my eating so I've still be losing weight!

    I've been sick on and off for the last weeks and we've had some family stuff going on too so I haven't been to the gym on about 2 weeks!

    I've booked in my Hypoxi sessions at the gym, I've had them for years and I want to cancel my membership so I have to use them! I'm down to 85.9kg so officially under pre-preg weight! Also...

    They're still tight and I'm still a good 10kg above the weight I was when I got married but I can comfortably wear them!
