Default Can I please have your best wind tips and advice?

Dd is just so windy she pops off every 2 seconds and if it doesn't come out that end it gets trapped and she screams for ages until that big beloved burp. Last night I was up from 1am to 4am with WINDπŸ™‰

    What works girls help?
Infacol? Gripe water? What's in these days for wind?

We used infants friend and bicycled ds' legs if he had trapped gas. Do you have a strong let down? I think that caused ds' wind as it resolved once my supply settled down.

Eta: also burped after every feed...sometimes it would take a while to come up.

I would give DS a warm bath, it normally helped with wind and constipation.

I did various combinations of: half a dose of infacol before a feed, stopping to burp midfeed, holding upright after a feed and block feeding. I also cut chocolate, chilli, broccoli and most dairy out of my diet. What a fun 12 weeks that was :-/

Good luck and I hope things improve soon x

Bicycle legs and lying them on their tummy (on a cushion or my lap) also seems to squeeze the wind out

Oh @harvs reminded me...i also burped midfeed & still block feed now. I've been expressing for uni and now have oversupply again! at least ds can handle it better now he is 6 months.

Not sure...I thought infants friend was 'homeopathic' but I could be wrong on that. I also forgot we took DS to an osteopath which I think helped him a bit too
