Yep my DS5 was weeing on the back of the toilet seat (it was actually going down the hinge and sitting on the floor under the bowl - in the ceramic part). We were wondering why it always smelt. I have now made DS clean his mess and I haven't seen a mess since.

You can buy wipes at the supermarket for leather- we use them. They clean and condition well.

Those commenting about ds's weeing on toilets, mine actually bypassed the toilet altogether and just wee'd on the floor because he "wanted to".

A bit of tough love later, many tears and a massive tantrum, he was made to clean it and has never missed the toilet since.

Edit: laundry powder did not work. Onto the dishwasher tablet.

    I WILL get it off!
Dishwasher tablets are the best so far. It didn't remove all of it but it got almost all of it. Another go and it should get it all I think.

Dishwasher powder/tablets were the winner! I have a nice shiny pot back.

A bit of a random one here, but if you have a whiteboard and cant get those pesky marks off, spray air freshener onto it and wipe clean
