    Default Suspected Pe no#3

Got some bad news today I've got rising blood pressure & protein in my urine! Plus I have a bit on swelling on my legs We now have to wait for all results to come back which will be next friday then if protein is up and blood pressure still rising, my gp will contact the hospital! I'll be 26 weeks on Friday and 27 once I get all the results! My 1st born it was diagnosed at 25 weeks and spent 5 weeks in hospital I'm so scared this time I have two kids at home! I'm trying not to stress! But it's very hard!

Oh dear, that must be very daunting. Do you have much support around to help with the two at home if you need to go to hospital? Fingers crossed you won't have to.

Yes I do have a lot of support! We have hubby's mum & dad that will come live here to take kids to school while hubby at work! And all my family to pitch in!! We will manage! I'm hoping to stay out of there as long as possible!

If it is Pre eclampsia at such an early gestation, you need to be getting yourself and baby monitored ASAP.
This! I was diagnosed with PE at 37 weeks and 4hrs after my test I was asked to come back to hospital and admitted for monitoring. Don't wait.

I call the mater, spoke to a midwife, she said blood pressure not to high and protein could be as simple as thrush, which I had last week! That sounds like gp is doing the right things and if I start feel unwell def come in!!
