Then again - even if you're not eligible to win - I'm pretty sure it doesn't preclude you from partaking in the challenge @BH-community. It's a win/win situation

I highly recommend subscribing and doing the challenge for those who can't win it because it's a lot of fun! The exercises are varied and interesting and the meals are so yummy!

The winners will get access to the programme - plus shakes - for a month - and we'll ask them to keep a diary online so we can all follow and suppor them.

But those who don't win are also welcome to join in and support - accountability is apparently one of the best motivators in losing weight (or going on an exercise programme etc).

I really need to do this too. I lost my baby weight, but it seems to have found me again...

The competition is open until Wednesday next week

what are the smoothies like? (maybe @Me&Smooches or @Goblin Queen could tell me)

I am a bit fussy so sometimes dont like the shakes from other ones, but if you add your own fruit I might like them

There would be others who would probably benefit better from it than me. I'm not big on smoothies and can never follow a recipe plan. I'm just focusing on portion sizes and exercise with Operation Baby Weight Be Gone. Thanks for thinking of me though 😊
