    Default Beef mince risotto

    Hi everyone... i need ideas for risotto using cooked beef mince ( I made alot for a pasta ...just stir fried with ready to use pasta sauce);which I have left over.... I was wondering if it can be made with ariboro rice or any other suggestions??

    My husband family make a baked rice with cooked mince in tomato based sauce, cooked rice and eggs.
    You beat the eggs and together with mince and rice. Bake for 20 mins at 180.
