I've had this recipe bookmarked for a while - been meaning to give it a go. Might work with cooked mince?

My husband family make a baked rice with cooked mince in tomato based sauce, cooked rice and eggs.
You beat the eggs and together with mince and rice. Bake for 20 mins at 180.
