@BaoLovesLudo.... That bump is going to start growing exponentially soon! 3 weeks ago I was pretty mobile.... Now (33wks) I can barely stand up in the shower! I've put on 2.5 kgs just this week alone.

Love your bump shot too @bowtiesarecool

I'm still loving mat leave. Done all (most) of my jobs and have spent the last three days sitting out on the deck lounge reading my book. It's been blissful weather too. I did try and go for a swim today but the water was still a bit cold for me and I was worried that if I got all the way into the pool, I may struggle trying to get out.....

@90Bayside, haha about pool! Oh I shouldn't laugh, poor thing, that's definitely going to be me soon. Thanks for letting me know, I seem to be following in your footsteps. Hope your swelling is okay. So glad you can relax now, sitting by the pool sounds like bliss!

Default Re: IVF Babies due Oct/Nov/Dec 2014 #4

Is anyone planning on doing a timetable? I got this off Rebecca Judds blog:

    Newborn -4 weeks timetable

    7am: Wake and feed

    8-10am: sleep

    10/11am ish: feed

    12-2pm: sleep

    2/3pm ish: feed

    4-5pm: sleep

    6pm feed

    7pm: Babies go to BED
    (Mum in bed at 9pm)

10pm: Dad wakes babies up and baths them, then bottle feeds with formula.

2:00am. Set alarm and wake baby for a feed.

    7am wake up
If they wake before 6am give a small feed and then a larger one at 7am to start her day on time.

    Any reflux suffers?

My obs prescribed me ranedine twice daily for rest of pregnancy. He says it's completely safe and much more effective than over the counter medicine.

this looks like the contented baby timetable (minus the wake up baby at 10pm for bath) are you formula feeding or breastfeeding. Im keen to work to a timetable but everyone keeps telling me not too.
@BaoLovesLudo I started washing mini clothes too, soo cute! And you get both genders!

did everyone know we are not supposed to carry a full load of washing etc during your third trimester? I had another fall today - due to the heavy basket of washing I was carrying and the Dr was not impressed I was still doing house work?!

@BaoLovesLudo. Grab yourself a copy of Save our sleep. It is good for routines etc. the multiples chapter isn't that great but still gives you some ideas. So many people have told me they swear by it, so I'm going to give it a go. They do say routines are an absolute MUST for twins!

Also, my reflux was bad for about two weeks, but seems to have settled a bit now. I think I had the same tablets but when they didn't do much my OB also gave me another tablet (something with magnesium in it). Magic tablets!! Fixed the problem.... Hope you feel better soon and you get some reprieve soon.

Yes! I'm off to my OB tomorrow to see if I can get something as I've started vomiting almost every day again because of it! Grrrr thanks for the advice!
