Well I went for my 'wellbeing' scan today for my boy. Where it was meant to just be checking he's not distressed and no measurements till next week.... and I got a different sonographer who ended up doing all the measurements (I think she didn't realize the dr didn't order measurements). I didn't say anything as I've been desperate to know how he's growing. Turns out he's fine!! He's small but not in the 5th percentile like the other sonographer was saying. He's actually in the 25th percentile. Have to wonder... did he just grow? Or was in measuring error from my usual sonographer? My usual sonographer always says 'no I can't see them to get a clear pic' when I ask for 3d images, this other one got clear 3d ones for my without even asking. I've been very scared and crying all week for nothing.

I second emski Megs, I'd love to read it as well.

Emski my DH is in South Africa at the moment he's back next week but he'll have been gone 3 weeks in total, he normally travels a lot but not in such big blocks, I've pretty much had enough now.

I work for myself so I have wound down a lot since the scare with babies low heart rate the other week but I need the money so I have to keep going a little bit.

In case anyone lives near a Chemist Warehouse, they have medela swing breast pumps on sale for $227 ($97 off rrp) and baby wipes on sale at the moment. Im getting prepared for Thursday in case the baby hasn't grown enough and needs to be whipped out early.

Bayside, I hope you are doing ok.

That's great news Bao, I know what it's like worrying your baby isn't growing enough, it's really quite scary and seems to be completely out of our control yet I feel so guilty. Congrats on Mr 25th percentile, what a clever boy!

@Misty good luck for Thursday. Your bub has met the magic 28 week mark, but I'm hoping he/she is still happy so it can stay longer than Thursday. Will they bring him/her out if it's in distress? Or will they bring out if it hasn't grown? or do they look at cord flow? It is completely out of our hands, but you are right it's easy to blame ourselves. Which you shouldn't, bub and you are doing a great job

Hope everyone is having a good day!!!

had my MW appt yesterday! Love seeing my MW.
So I will be 32 weeks tomorrow, and I am measuring at 30. Definitely have a foot up under my right side, and the head was perfectly positioned down and centre!
Though the body was rather contortioned and not where she thought it would be to find the heart rate! hahah

I am now down to fortnightly appts. !!!!!

Going shopping this weekend with my SIL for baby shower stuff. Possibly taking the MIL to pay for it all hehe
