What a night I've had! Started feeling pain after work which got worse and worse to the point where I was vomiting. Called hospital and they called me in. They said something about an irritable uterus and I was having contractions. So was monitored for a few hours then jabbed with Maxolon given panadeine fort monitored some more and sent home. I've woken up with 1/4 of the pain thank goodness! I have been ordered to take it easy now as they said there is a risk I'll go into pre term labour. Which I'm not planning on doing!!
Massive wake up call though, time to pack a hospital bag and get organised!
Hope you're all traveling well. So good hearing your updates Megs!

Omg how scary hopeforlife. Are you on sick leave now? I'm only p/t this week and next then I'm calling it quits. Glad you're okay, put feet up and relax
Sent from my SM-G900I using The Bub Hub mobile app
Just spoke to obstetrician and he said there is nothing I can do but relax and see what happens. Not very comforting haha but I understand what he means!
So I will lie here and tell baby to stay put!!
Take rest of your time s/l hopeforlife, keep bub cooking. So good you're past 30.
Question re carseats.
When is everyone getting them installed? We bought ours yesterday (well layby) and have it booked to be professionally installed by baby bunting when I am 36 weeks.
I was planning to do it about 37/38 weeks but DH is concerned that Ill go early and he'll be panicking about me and bubs and getting everything ready.
Ours are going in in a fortnight (I'll be 33 wks). A bit early for a singleton but for twins u can never be too sure
As long as u have them organised (ie buy/ layby/ hire) that's why matters I don't think it takes too long to install them
I'm getting ours organised this weekend now because of what's gone on. I figure we might as well have it ready to go.
Pregnant for the first-time?
Not sure where to start? We can help!
