    Yay Megsarama! Although those three hour wake-ups must be wearing thin So very pleased to hear those odds are improving, I have a really good feeling that your story is going to have a beautiful ending

    Flower - thinking of you too and hoping all is well with your little family

    To all those finishing work - I'm so jealous! I have 10 weeks to go, it feels like forever! I spend all day trying not to hurl, today I gave up, came home and slept on the couch with the dogs.

    Had a know-it-all colleague start lecturing me about parents being over protective, not exposing children to allergens and the consequential rise in chlidren's allergies ... nothing like a bit of parent blaming to brighten the day ... so I told her we were going to use the dogs' bed for a bassinet and peanut butter for nipple cream...

    I'm doing pretty well thanks Bow Ties. Miles is slowly improving. Some days it feels like two steps forward one back, but as long as we move in the right direction that's most important. He's slow to wean off the breathing support but making progress, and his infection is better. He's taking about half his feeds through the tube and the rest IV. They tried to speed it up but he wasn't having it- he has a mind of his own! He's 1.7kg now which is great!
    It is pretty tiring, mainly because of spending all day in the nursery then having to do tasks at home in the evening. And the worrying! @megsarama they have me expressing 3 hourly during the day but only twice at night at 2 and 6. So you get a bit of sleep which is nice.

    AFM one more day of work to go!! I can't believe I have made it to the end. I really didn't think I would. And in other news I'm now getting so big that it's getting really hard to dry myself properly after a shower! I hate to think how much bigger I'll get and what other impediments that will bring..
    Bayside, use a hairdryer for the parts you can't reach or can't bend to. I used one after surgery and it helps heaps.

    @emski72 that's such a good idea!

    Yay to all those who are finishing work soon! I still have 5 weeks to go.
    @Megsarama26 you are incredible! Love that those babies are still holding in there. Believing that they will stay even longer now - clearly nothing is impossible!

    Flower so glad to hear your little Miles is doing well. Thinking of you!
    @Wishnhope I totally hear you about the sleep. It's frustrating me the lack of sleep I'm already getting. I'm getting nervous too!

    AFM - I'm 32 weeks and had my ob appointment yesterday. Turns out baby is head down and ready to come out and the period type pain I've been getting every afternoon is small contractions/Braxton pains. Been advised to start taking it a bit easier during the day!
    Baby feels so heavy pushing down like it is. Anyone else experiencing that?

    So good hearing how much closer everyone is getting. Not long now!

    Go Meg's!!!! So happy for you!
    Enjoy your pamper time mrs hopeful! Good on you @hopeforlife my bubs is head down but not engaged, but I have been getting period type pains too only once or twice a day and don't last too long so I wasn't to worried.
    Im so glad Miles is doing well flower.
    Afm I had a mw app yesterday and asked when I should have the whooping cough vac, while still preggers or after and they said you don't need it because it's the end of season...? Thought that was weird... Also I'm starting to freak out a bit, I feel really unorganized or something? Maybe just nerves I should have the rest of my things in the next few weeks and bags packed so hopefully that makes me feel better.... Probably part of my problem is that my parents are off to Vietnam tomorrow for 2 weeks and they are the only other people who run the motel so if I went into labour in that time, dh would have to stay at the motel while I went alone.
