"Megs! You're a champion!!! I'll bet that mini-pamper from the nurses was heaven ... Although I guess clean hair is not really 'pampering' is it! Anyhoo - I'm loving it every time I hear you're proving those docs wrong"

I just love the fact she got someone to shave her legs! What time do they do that @megsarama26 - I might turn up and get mine done

Haha. I can still shave. but can't reach the ankles...

Molros, I wouldn't worry about cold veggies, as you cooked them. I eat a whole lot of left over cold meat and other food groups that I cooked. My hunger is always so strong that it's got me into trouble a lot... like eating in the food court the other day and worrying non stop after.

Thank you so so much everyone :-)

Lol, the pamper session was around 10am
It was amazing. I know they are only little things but they make such a big difference and the nurses were so good about it.

Just for interest, here's a story about a really interesting study implying that exposure to animal skin dramatically reduces risk of asthma and allergies.

"The finding comes from a study of 2,441 healthy German infants whose progress was monitored until the age of 10.
More than half (55 per cent) slept on animal skin during their first three months of life. They were 79 per cent less likely to develop asthma by six years of age than children not exposed to animal skin.
The results lend support to the “hygiene hypothesis”, which suggests that too much cleanliness early in life can increase susceptibility to allergies."

ooho very interesting.. I have also heard they have done a study on diet, a fibre rich diet during pregnancy will also help to reduce the severity if not all of the risks of asthma.....
With DH and MIL being ashmatics.... my diet is very fibre rich!
