I second that ^^^ @Megsarama26... you're going to make it. just take your rest to extremes and have everyone around you do everything for you!

We are all sending out positive vibes and wishes your way.

We can all understand the negative thoughts. Maybe try practising some meditation? calm your mind.

AFM: had my midwife appt this morning. GTT results are all good. Blood pressure still low, so just have to make sure that I keep my fluids up, nothing to be concerned about at this stage.
Bubba's heart beat nice n strong and steady. Squirming around loads. Next appt on the 28th, and a meet n greet on the 21st with all the other midwives and a tour of the maternity/birthing suites at the hospital.

Also.. finally got to see my belly move last night!!! So cool!!!

@Bow Ties Are Cool isnt it awesome when you see it move from the outside! I have my little rtoutine in the morning, if that happens, Im at work early and no one else is here so I pull my top up and sit and laught to myself! Its been happening for a couple of weeks now and I love it
    @misti lovely bump pic!
@Amandale1727 thats a bargain you got there it looks in great condition. How are the wedding plans coming along
@Megsarama26 thinking of you every day love

AFM nothing to report. Have the heartburn from hell but thats about it. My mum arrives for a three wk holiday tomorrow (staying most of it with my sister) but the Perth baby expo is on this weekend. we still need to get a car seat and a pram (think we've chosen the icandy strawberry as its light and folds down in one)....for those of you who have gone to the expo's is it worth us going or would you not bother? I don't want to waste time going if its really not worth it

I am glad others think the time is passing quickly too. next ob appt is on 20th Aug then I think they are 2-3 weekly from then on it, yikes! We still haven't painted the room and our furniture doesn't arrive until the middle of October!

    Hope everyone is going well

Ah Megs, this must be so hard for you and I know you can't help but prepare yourself for the worst. I would be the same in your shoes. I have everything crossed for you and am hoping like mad that preparing yourself for dark times will be the worst of it and that what ends up happening is something so much more beautiful xxx I'm thinking of you every day xxx

@Molros - re: your heartburn - go to the chemist and get yourself some ranatadine tablets. Unlike rennie and all those others, they treat the actual acid, rather than just coating it, and one tablet does you for a full 24 hours. All safe of course during pregnancy.

@Bow Ties Are Cool Thanks, I am on them and gaviscon but some days its still really bad. I've been on medication for excess acid since I was about 16 (its a genetic thing in my family) but I had to stop it once I got pregnant. so I guess I've always expected it to be bad bit but I hate it when I feel like this

@Bow Ties Are Cool I went to the Sydney expo but I already had all my big purchases on layby. There are some good bargains that I wish I had bought at the time, and now when I go on the websites the prices are ridiculous.
It's a good day out but be prepared to be rammed with prams trying to get through the crowds

ahh i just want to be home already working on getting everything set up around the house... Got my new fridge on tuesday - LOVE IT. Now we just need a retaining wall done and some fences and I will be happy!!! Oh and I got my clothesline also... so that will make things much easier especially once bub comes!

@Molros the expo's are well and truly worth it, a world of knowledge and products you may never have thought of, not to mention the bargains. DH is away so Im going to by myself. Hopefully I dont buy too much!
@Megsarama26 I understand preparing for the worst, makes the pain a little easier to bear but as the others have said its not over yet. Wishing you all the best.
@Bow Ties Are Cool, those first belly movements are so amazing I remember yelling out to DH to come have a look. Still havent managed go get it on video, will have to be a bit more vigilant.

AFM JJ is moving round ALOT! Barely get through a few hours without a 5 min rumble session. It seems my not so little man is running out of room already!
