Interesting. I reckon my calculations are wrong. Will be useful to compare - do another one tomorrow morning, same brand of test, first morning urine.

Yep ur calcs are wrong coz they're based on total body hcg not hcg per litre of blood which is what the BT tells u and the hpt is hcg concentration in urine. I'm stuck in a conference all day so can't do the calcs.

My 13dpo was a little bit lighter than my 12dpo so u might have to wait til 14dpo to know for sure....

@pjk There might not be much difference between the tests better to wait 24 hrs between poas

Here's the hcg calcs for 1000iu booster (hcg/L blood):
    Sunday : 31.2
    Monday: 18.85
    Tuesday: 11.38
    Wednesday: 6.88
    Thursday: 4.15
    Friday: 2.51

This is if ur not pregnant if ur pregnant then the hcg should rise and that 2nd line should get darker. Good luck

@akakura thanks for that info. I'm going to have to try to keep testing over the weekend. It's going to be hard with a group of friends trying to test by going to the drop dunnies while camping. And of course them asking why I'm not drinking, can't use the excuse of that I'm driving!
