    If only I could tranquillize myself for the next 24 hours-or maybe 9 months so I can skip all the worry! We've got family dinner tonight. We were going to tell them since it's the furthest we've got with ivf-not too sure now.
    Taking your advice. Making a camomile tea and listening to the CircleBloom meditation.

    Good. Get through dinner - talking to people will use up a couple of hours then get into bed and really try hard at the circle and bloom. If you get half way through a track and you aren't really visualising the warm bath or your legs or whatever start it again. Repeat until you fall asleep. Works better on speaker instead of headphones too.
