    Default Temp employment and mortgage

    Hi experts

    Does anyone know if i was to leave my current employment of 5+ years to do temp work, would this affect a mortgage application? Thank you

    I would perhaps wait till your new house settles before leaving your current employment.

    have you found a new house? got the process underway - or are you still a way off?

    Normally banks etc like at least 1 years employment - and they hate temp employment.
