    Really freaking out as this is our first 5 day transfer and really scared we will have none once the sperm take over - and of course I forgot to ask if the sperm they used had any DNA damage (as that will be what stops them)
    That's A great number. It's so hard to know what's best.
    My FS is going to be away in Sat so she won't be able to do my transfer 😔 yesterday she said if one is powering along we could possibly do a Thursday transfer so she could do it, I have no idea what to choose if given the option.
    I just spoke to the lab and 5 out of the 8 we have fertilised

    @kassmalley don't lose hope yet, fingers crossed for later in the week.
    @Heyside sorry that you didn't get any frosties. Sending strong growing and implanting vibes to your embryo on board

    @Bongley - yep definitely taking them all to day 5 - I am glad they are but scared at the same time - I figure if it doesn't make it to day 5 then it wouldn't have made it if it was transferred at day 5

    @Scootyboots
    Thanks - I should be thankful we have 12 I was just hoping we would have a few more as I am afraid by Thursday we will only a couple - I have a lot fear

    I shouldn't put so much pressure but I cannot help it

    That sucks that your Fs won't be available on Saturday

    I hope you have some great ones on Thursday - can a different Fs do it on Saturday?

    Hey ladies this thread moves so quickly! My quick update, I had 10 eggs collected last Wed, 7 fertilised and 2 made it to day 5 ET was yesterday and one egg left to freeze, potentially another one to freeze they'll give me a call today.

    First transfer was pretty emotional especially without my DB, he's starting a interstate project as we started ICSI (when it rains it pours right?) its so hard not having him around all the time. So my first TWW is going suck big time, keep busy and happy and I'm already talking to my belly, I hope that works.
    @ilovecake79 - I'm sending you lots of love and a big hug, and to everyone else, soz it's hard to keep up with everyone's precious journey's but I'm thinking of you x x

    @Scootyboots My FS rarely does the transfer. its usually a random doctor who is available. I know they're doing a good job though as most embryos have implanted (just not gone the distance). I would choose the day 5 with a random doc over day 3 with my FS.
    @Lulufp congrats on being pupo and getting a frostie
    Sorry your partner isn't there for the next couple of weeks. Its hard enough being distracted with someone with you, never mind being on your own.

    Oh no, @Excited1 what happened? Did the nurses get back to you with low HCG numbers?
