    Hi @Wannabeamumma2014 great haul!
What did u do differently this cycle to get more eggs?

    Thanks @Nicsta83 & @Tartle

Last year was an amazing year and I reckon overall I still have easy another 20-30kg to lose but after a horrible 2012 with all our failed cycles my depression was very bad in 2012 and I just woke up in Feb 2013 and said I need to control something in my life

My Husband too has lost about 30kg and as his sperm is our major problem this can be anything but a good thing.

He has low quantity (about 3 million) but low morphology and motility as well as DNA damage of 35 - needless to say a natural pregnancy is a billion to one shot for us.

We have changed fertility clinics as I'm not happy with our previous one. We are now going through IVF Australia in Westmead and I am so happy with them. They do sperm magnification (a normal clinic will do it at about 300x or 400x and IVF Australia do it at 7800x) which means that they can really look at his sperm and get ones that have little or no damage.

in the past I have done long down reg and gotten about 16 eggs. This new clinic is doing an Antagonist. Their basis behind this is to get better quality embryo's. At our previous clinic they only did 3DT for us however IVF Aus are doing a 5day blast transfer. I am very scared about this and I think it is because I don't know if we can get an embryo to transfer. I am positive we will and positive we will get a BFP as I feel that this magnification is they key to our problems

The nurses at our new clinic were really shocked to learn that I was only ever on Gonal f and that my old clinic used it as the trigger. I have to use progesterone pessaries this time which should be fun. Lol

definitely excited and very positive but very scared as well.

good luck for all hour BFP this month and sending lots of sticky dust.

I guess this time less stress and instead of 1 dose of 450 a day we did 1x225 in the morning and 1x225 at night.

Hey girls - so just wanted your thoughts.

I am 31 and my AMH is 60

Starting to think I have a serious case of PCOS except I am as regular as clockwork - every 28 to 30 days...

The FS was happy with that amount and so was the nurse but it makes me sad that it is way too high 😓

@jeb8303, I don't know if I'd worry too much about AMH numbers. I've got the opposite prob to you! I'm 28 and mine is only 7, but then all my cycles they've had no probs getting eggs on not too high a dose. After our first ivf, after freaking out that we get no eggs, our FS told us to basically forget the AMH result.

From those I do know with PCOS they've had great success with ivf so even if you do hopefully you'll be UTD in no time!

@jeb8303 I am 34 and AMH is over 100...I have severe PCOS

I am about to start 2nd ivf cycle, first one got cancelled coz they were so worried about OHSS they didn't put the drugs up high enough

So this time we'll see if we can make it all the way through and get a good egg haul!

Morning lovely ladies. Thought I might join in.
Nice to see some familiar names 😊 Although wish it was under different circumstances!

After 4 cycles we got our precious BFP couple months back. But sadly I miscarried at 8 weeks 😞 We were (are still) devastated, but in a better place now & ready to try again.

So it's back to stimming. Got all my injections ready to go, just waiting for AF. Taking it's sweet a$s time as usual - today is CD37 😐

Am looking forward to getting to know you all 😊 xx
