Thanks Ladies. Had my appointment today, straight to IVF, not even an option of OI this time.

I asked about why they do a freeze all on Day 1 and he said because at Day 1 there is less cells so they have a higher survival rate, although it's not that much diference. Hope that helps for anyone who had questions about it.

How are you going Mrs J? Can you do a FET the cycle after a freeze all?

Freeze all cycles can suck it.

We are in the process of moving our embryos. Our new clinic charges nothing for the move - Westmead charges a $450 admin fee for moving. Not real impressed to find that out.. the icing on the cake for us moving.

Hi MrsJaguar, I've been following along and seeing how you're going. I also had to have a freeze all this cycle. It sucks! Very sore after EPU yesterday. Do you have to wait 2 x af for a FET? X

Hey chick, how did you go with eggies/fertilisation? I am really upset over the freeze all. Seems to be what they are doing to everyone I know lately.

Yes, you need to wait to calm your body down after the stim drugs. But I'll be doing my FET elsewhere.

Default Anyone going to WFC (Westmead) #5

Yes I was quite disappointed doing a freeze all. Got 18 eggs and only 10 fertilised. With the numbers dropping off like that I hate to think how many will be there on day 4

I hope the new clinic works wonders for you Hun x

I agree Sarah, my only successful cycle at westmead was a freeze all due to high progesterone, from that we are blessed with our 1 year old son.
    Keep positive ladies xx
