@Zobear I hope everything got sorted.
@mrsjaguar I'm sorry your cycle got cancelled but it sounds like you've got a good batch of eggs there. Try and enjoy the break and get your body rested for transfer and being pregnant next year!

Egg pick up is tomorrow morning and I'm starting to freak out. It's been a while!!! Any good tips for getting the sedation to work better this time?

I've never had luck with that sedation, they say if you're relaxed it works better, maybe some meditation?

    Good luck xxx

@Zobear hope everything is ok and you got some answers! Don't worry about annoying them with calls or emails...I'm sure they are used to it haha!! I think I have sent my fair share since I started Dr Fong and the nurses are probably sick of me by now @mrsjaguar Good luck tomorrow! I hope everything goes really well and you get loads of eggs!! I'll be thinking of you tomorrow!!
So far my injections are going ok...the orgalutran isn't as bad as I was expecting after everything I had read! I think I psyched myself up that it was going to be horrendous so I ended up being rather surprised ha.. we will see if I am still saying that in a few ore days! My next U/S is on friday so am hoping these follies are doing what they should and that they don't cancel me again this month!! I just want to make it to EPU this year!!!!!
Hi to all the other girls! Hope you are all keeping well! xx

    Hey ladies!!!,
Mrs J I hope your egg collection went well?
Chiefs I hope AF arrives as planned for you x
I'm having egg collection in about 11 hours it's been a crazy week, my uncle had a stroke and is in Wollongong hospital but while I was there the FN rang and needed me to organise a chemist to prescribe me Distinex as my hormones spiked and I'm looking like having ohss so I had to start this and continue it for 8 days, but to go ahead with egg collection so fingers crossed. Today I felt nauseated in the morning but was fine this evening , I'm nervous as always but this is just what I have to do to get my miracle and ladies although I'm not here all the time I'd like to say a big Thankyou because without your support , this journey would be soo much harder . Let's hope we all get our Christmas miracles , or drunk either way at this stage would be good;-D
I'll check back in soon xxxooo

Crazy day. Had so much pain before the procedure even started, and then four attempts at a cannula, once again - no luck with sedation - and then major discomfort after. Ended up a few endone pills! Was getting ready to leave (in recovery) and blacked out, had to be put back to bed. Happened again, so they admitted me to the hospital... but I weasled my way out and back home last night.

We got 13 eggs retrieved yesterday.
Just got the call this morning that 2 were immature, 3 fertilised abnormally & we have 8 left. They're freezing in batches of 3, 3, 2.
    (Today, at day 1.)
