No idea, I love cooking but sometimes I hate the pressure! I feel like I wake up thinking "what will we have for dinner". Yesterday I was in a meeting discussing a program worth half a billion $ and I thought "what's for dinner?" I try and swim most days and as I'm going up and down the lane I'm thinking "what's for dinner" and go through recipes in my head. I'm going on a cruise next month and all I can think about is the fact that someone else is organising dinner.

and now I think of it we will probably have left over chicken and leek casserole.

Baked pork chops with wild mushrooms and creme fraiche. Will probably serve it with mash and broccoli as it's quite rich but very delish! Obviously DH is cooking tonight as this is way beyond me!
