    I didn't follow an actual recipe, just threw some vegies into a pot

    The main thing is cabbage, I used almost a full head. Also about a litre of water to which I added some stock granules (you can use liquid stock if you like), 4 tins crushed tomatoes, a few carrots, mushrooms, red capsicum, spring onions, dried onions and and whatever herbs you like; I used some dried mixed Italian herbs as well as fresh coriander. Play around with the flavours, you can add chili for spice if you like. The original recipe (google cabbage soup diet) is a little different from mine, but it's base is still cabbage and tomatoes. You usually add celery as well, but I don't like it so left it out.
