    Tiger Prawns for entree and then pan fried Salmon with Moroccan cous cous, sweet potato chips with a rocket and spinach salad all cooked by DH.

    Put a frozen chook on some chopped onions in the slow cooker on high at 2pm, now fingers crossed we will end up with dinner - never cooked it frozen before.
