    Tainted I've had the same symptoms after both of my births & stitches. I had the GP check me the first birth and it was a couple of small fissures, they we're reopening each time and bleeding. She told me to take daily coloxyl and use a gel called hemoclin gel (both you can buy at a chemist). It took a few weeks of using both to give the fissures time to heal.

    It's probably worth a visit to your GP just to be sure.
