    Just re-watching last week's episode. Did anyone notice that when Nina delivered Thomas's baby, as soon as bubs came out she handed him to Leo and walked out without delivering the placenta? I know it's only TV

    I also noted no one cut the cord but it was extremely long and cut when she passed the baby over.

    I did notice that too! Nina's just showing that an OB is not really needed in an uncomplicated VB. (Hey Meridith? )
