A) you have pushed out 2 eggs
B) your body has geared up to ovulate, but for whatever reason, it hasn't happened, and so is gearing up the hormones to try again.
A positive opk merely indicates that ovulation is imminent, but from home the only way you can tell it has actually happened is when you observe that temperature shift. For some women, it is normal to have more than one surge in the month and still only ovulate once.
Hey ladies AF arrived this morning. I knew she was coming so not totally heart broken. Plus glad I can take cold and flu meds. I just don't understand how my LP can be so different.
