    @LeonieJane heat bags are fine as long as they aren't boiling hot. Just wrap up your bottle in a cloth and place on your back or stomach outside your clothing. My doctor advised me to use a wheat bag whilst pregnant to cope with the cramping.

    EDIT: If cramping persists it might help to get a magnesium supplement, I always take magnesium when I get bad AF cramps and it helps heaps.

    @Willow13 I just heat mine up about half way (for a minute and a half or so) so it's warm, I think it's like the whole not taking a scalding hot bath while pregnant but it's fine to take a warm one

    All seems good so far! I have my second blood test on Friday. Haha yes lots of peeing! And sore boobs! I had bad cramps but they seem to have subsided a little so that's good @tazz475

    I hope everyone doesn't mind me asking for advice on my FF chart I had a massive spike in my temps this morning which I've never had before has anyone else had this or something similar that turned out a bfp?

    Hi @themunros0209 I don't want to get your hopes up because it could be anything, but yes I had quite a high temp rise for a few days and got a BFP Hoping it's a good sign for you

    Aaarrrggghhhh, it's getting lighter! I must've had my pos opk on cd11 so probably actually ovulated yesterday or today.
