I have had a terribly sore throat at night lately. Last night DH made me a lemsip which helped a lot but now I'm panicking that I should not have had it! Does anyone know about taking lemsip in 2WW?
2WW I hate that you turn me into a crazy person!

Lemsip is fine. It's just paracetamol. It's about the only consistently safe drug you can take in pregnancy.

ETA just had a quick google, the decongestant they use in some of them is unsafe in pregnancy (phenylephrine) so as long as you stick to the basic Lemsip which is straight paracetamol, it's all ok. Don't stress about what you use in the TWW. It's not worth it. As girls have mentioned previously, it's not really a huge issue until the placenta takes over function.

BFN for me this morning, but also no AF. I put my testing day for the day after AF is due, so 1 day late. Could just be the clomid being screwy with my cycle. We'll see. I'll just keep testing until either AF or BFP turns up. Will also get bloods done on Friday if still no AF.

@clucky_duck and @tazz475 little something I have come across having long cycles and low estrogen. If I am having a long cycle drinking soy milk helps bring AF along. It was 6 weeks after my D&C so I started drinking soy milk and within the week I finally got my first period.

    BFN this morning. 😞
No sign of AF yet. Wish she'd hurry up already and get it over with.

might have spoken too soon... no AF yet, and cervix was high this morning, closed and firm. haven't seen any more red when wiping since 4pm yesterday and still have lots of cm. boobs are sore again today. still bfns but perhaps more hopeful than it was yesterday... keeping in mind that with my miscarriage 2 months ago, i had tested negative, had a full-on AF and then didn't test positive until 12 days later, so I know it's possible for me to have late positives even though with DD it was positive the day AF was due...
