Good luck for first and hopefully last round of IVF @MrsTugs! We just found out that DH's brother and wife are doing IVF. She misscarried last year and went on clomid but now obviously they don't want to wait any longer and are doing IVF. I hope they are successful
Oh and on another note, did any of you ladies know that soy is really bad for fertility!!??? I had NO idea and someone at work told me so of course I researched it. I read that 2 servings of soy a day is equivalent to being on the pill. Holy S$$t. So threw all mine out today and won't be making any smoothies with it in it again. Onto almond milk for me. Wish I knew a bit sooner. But first round of TTC starts this month so maybe we won't conceive because of that I don't knw

mightymama I'm 32. Mum has endo. When I was pregnant with DS they found a cyst on my ovary that they were going to take off when they removed him, but the surgeon didn't want to due to massive blood loss risk (I had Vasa Previa). I'm almost always constantly "ferning" on Maybe Baby. Plus when I came off the pill in March I started lactating again. Not sure what that means, if anything, but that is my medical history in a nutshell.

I had no idea @tazz475. You always hear it being 'good for your health' ummm no it's NOT! I like the taste of it and thought it was a healthy options tbh. I don't have a problem with cow's milk either. I have it in my coffee/tea anyway.
I will be switching to almond milk because I know it's high in vitamins and has less fat and sugar (unsweetened of course) than cow's milk. I do like a fruit and spinach smoothie for after dinner instead of dessert. Get my 2&5 in that way!
