@mightymama that's interesting. I work for a health product supplier and we sell all practitioner grade vitamins. Currently taking biomedica natal care. What have you been recommended?

I was only familiar with elevit and given the comparison chart of ingredient strength and requirements for ttc and & pregnancy I was a little shocked at how low it was for the main****** ones.
I get that prenatal vits are a supportive treatment and it takes in consideration the majority of diet vitamin intake from food etc but I also am super wary of main****** stuff!
I think the acupuncturist was considering the possibility of a dodgy egg for the miscarriage otherwise I wouldn't be into them.
I didn't mean to offend you, sorry if I have

Thanks @tazz475 & Hooray for September testing!!

Biggest. question. ever.... Do I test on my 30th birthday or no? Might make it or break it! I think I'll be due to test pretty close to the date so it's either then (8th) or maybe sept 11? 😒

Looks like ill be joining you ladies.. im wondering if i should try acupuncture or go see a FS. I ovulate around cd18 but af decides to start on cd25.. I've been taking vit b and vitex for 2 months now and last month it helped push af back to cd27, so i thought this month it'd be pushed back even further but no...

This will be our 9th month of ttc, im so frustrated with my body.
