    @MayGal959 You could try Vitex and Vit b6 to help extend your LP. Make sure you balance out the vit b6 with v12 as it could cause a mc

    Thanks for that! I found some info about vitex, so I was looking into that. I am already taking Elevit which has B6 & B12 in it, but should I be taking more on top of that?

    I'm only about 4 decent cycles off the pill so I'm not sure I want to go down that path yet, but will definitely keep it in my memory bank if it this continues for a while longer. Thanks for the tip

    @MayGal959 Im on Elevit too and am still taking extra b6 & b12 to help extend my LP. My b6 is 240mg and the v12 is 250mg. I was taking a vit b complex beforehand which only had 50mg and it didn't make any difference to my cycle.

    I also tried acupuncture this month and i don't know if it was the combination of both things but it helped bring o forward by 1 or 2 days. Normally i ovulate CD18 and AF arrives on CD25.. So im hoping it also helps push AF back to allow me a long enough LP.

    Yeah I was surprised by that too. But there could be some human error in that 10% too. Not sure if they are all viable.

    I really really wanna test early. But I just realised I'm due to test on fathers day. Gonna do everything I can to hold off till then. What a perfect fathers day gift for DH. FX

    @EnPointe It's taking all my will power to not test with my last FRER today!

    I have had the most terrible nausea constantly today which is abnormal for me. I have a massive gut feeling that it's ms, it certainly feels like it.

    I've just been to the shops but my local didn't have the vitex, so I have ordered that and a b complex vitamin from chemist warehouse. They should be here by the end of the week.
