I've been contemplating starting a support thread all week, but kept changing my mind as I know it's not a particularly popular way to drop the kg's, but I'm doing it. Starting Friday.
I've done it before so I know the deal. I've also lost weight the "proper" way, so I know all about achieving long term success with a balanced diet and exercise.
But, I feel so blergh right now and desperately want at least 5kg gone asap. I feel sluggish, bloated and uncomfortable in my clothes. I put on most of my weight in my tummy region, which makes me feel crap.
Anyway, if anyone is interested in joining me, feel free to post here
