    @bigZ have a demo. You only need 3 households present minimum there. You're not wasting the consultants time. She's shown you the machine and when you're ready you'll go back to her for purchase. And she's also seen a couple of your friends/family who may want to host their own demo and buy at some point.

    I agree. I love cooking and will try new things all the time. Tmx has prompted me to try things I might not have tried. .Eg. ..profiteroles. sous vide eggs... Going to try chicken sous vide style soon too. Plus loads of other things.
