    I did beef casserole, apricot chicken, cannelloni, risotto, but also stocked up on frozen veg & did a bulk shop at Lenards & the butcher for stuff you can just whack in the oven (nice & simple for DH). I froze individual portions of soup & individual bread rolls for easy lunches too. Froze extra bread, bought some UHT milk just in case we ran out of everything!

    I'm 36 weeks and started a couple of weeks ago too.

    I'm vegetarian so have made vego versions of the following:

    Lasagne
    Spinach & ricotta cannelloni
    Two types of curry
    Shepherds pie
    Cookie dough
    Apple cake

    I need more inspiration too!

    It's fantastic! Have a look on Pinterest, there are a whole lot of blogs where they supply the recipes and shopping lists for a month worth of meals!

    We have a pie maker and I think we froze about 60 pies before DD was born, they were a godsent!
